Savages 4.0 Mentorship Program Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between TrueTrader, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned participant ("Participant"). By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions of participation in the Savages 4.0 Mentorship Program ("Program").

1. Program Overview

The Savages 4.0 Mentorship Program is a three-month intensive mentorship designed to transform committed traders through personalized guidance, live trading sessions, and exclusive trading tools. The program, starting September 15, 2025, is led by Adriano and coach(es) to which he assigns at his discretion. The program also includes one year of access to proprietary trading scanners.

2. Full Commitment Required

By signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to the following commitments:

Three-month program duration: Full participation for the entirety of the program from September to November 2025.
Live Sessions and Calls: The Participant agrees to attend sessions consistently, with the understanding that the schedule is phased:
- Daily Morning Calls: Participate in group calls for real-time trade planning from approximately 9:15/9:30 AM to 10:30 AM ET.
- Post-Open Debriefs: Actively participate in tactical debriefs with mentors and teams from 10:35 AM to 12:00 PM ET. The frequency of these calls will decrease over the three months: five days a week in September, three in October, and two in November.
- Afternoon Lounge: Optional participation in live voice chat sessions from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET during October and November to reinforce strategies.
Time Commitment: The participant is expected to be available for a minimum of three days per week during market hours (9:15 AM - 12:00 PM), with the ideal commitment being five days per week.
Accountability: The Participant agrees to maintain accountability through daily trade reviews and a culture of discipline. This includes the requirement to export broker statements into Trademetria to ensure transparency.

3. Confidentiality

The Participant agrees that all information discussed and shared during the Program, including but not limited to strategies, trading methods, and personal development plans, is confidential. The Participant agrees not to disclose or share any information about the Program with third parties.

4. Program Acceptance and Selection

Participation in the Program is subject to a 30-minute vetting call to assess the Participant’s personality fit, commitment level, and style alignment. While the program is open to all levels, this call ensures that participants are a good fit for the team-based, intensive environment.

5. Payment Terms

The total cost of the Program is one-time fee of $15,000, (unless otherwise indicated in writing) payable upon acceptance into the Program.
The payment must be made in full by Sept 15, 2025, to secure the Participant’s spot in the Program.

6. No Refund Policy

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that there are no refunds for any reason once payment has been made. The Participant understands that the Program requires full commitment, and failure to complete the Program, adhere to the commitments, or participate actively will not result in a refund.

7. Termination of Participation

The Participant agrees to a strict three-strike rule. If the Participant fails to meet the requirements of the Program, including but not limited to missing sessions, failing to submit homework, or not adhering to the daily routine, the Participant will receive a strike. Upon receiving three strikes, the Participant will be removed from the Program with no refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Participant acknowledges that trading involves financial risk and that past performance is not indicative of future results. The Company and its mentors are not liable for any financial losses the Participant may incur during or after the Program.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
