TT Savage Trader Agreement

BEFORE joining the TT Savage Trader program, ensure you thoroughly read and understand this disclosure in its entirety before proceeding with enrollment and payment.

We are not registered as a securities broker-dealer or an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) or any state securities regulatory authority. We are neither licensed nor qualified to provide investment advice.

In addition to the True Trader Disclaimer, by joining the TT Savage Trader program, all participants must adhere to the following conditions. By signing this TT Savage Trader agreement, you confirm that you have read and completely understand the terms outlined below:

I understand posts made by TrueTrader in the TT Savage Trader program are not recommendations to buy or sell any equity or investment vehicle.
I understand that the TT Savage Trader program is NOT for beginners or new traders.
I acknowledge that the cost for the TT Savage Trader program is separate from any True Trader membership fees previously paid (one-time or recurring).
I understand that after a 3-business-day grace period, the fee for the TT Savage Trader program is non-refundable under any circumstances.
I understand that the TT Savage Trader program serves as a real-time trading journal of TrueTrader's professional traders' actions in high-risk securities. No educational content or explanations of trade ideas or trades taken are planned for this program.
I understand the TT Savage Trader program does not allow member posts or communication regarding TT Savage Trader trades with the authorized trader(s) or other True Trader members in any True Trader rooms. Failure to comply may result in immediate membership revocation for both the TT Savage Trader program and True Trader, without refund.
I understand TT Savage Trader administrators have full discretion to ban members without a refund. This ban could extend to the larger True Trader community.
I understand that I should not follow any of the trades discussed in the TT Savage Trader program under any circumstances.
I understand that the authorized trader(s) for the TT Savage Trader program are highly skilled and experienced. They may or may not be involved in the trades shared within the program.
I understand that the trades entered by the TT Savage Trader authorized trader(s) carry significant risk, including the possibility of a 100% loss of capital, and theoretically more than 100% when entering short positions.

By signing this TT Savage Trader agreement, all members agree to these conditions and confirm reading and understanding all terms outlined.
