TrueTrader LLC "Wild West Room" Disclaimer


BEFORE joining the Wild West room, ensure you carefully read this disclosure in its entirety and completely understand the information within before joining and paying for the Wild West room.

We are not registered as a securities broker-dealer or an investment adviser either with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) or with any state securities regulatory authority. We are neither licensed nor qualified to provide investment advice.

In addition to the True Trader Disclaimer, by joining the Wild West room, all members must adhere to the following conditions and by signing this Wild West disclaimer you acknowledge reading and the complete comprehension of the terms outlined below:

  1. I understand posts made by TrueTrader in the wild west room are not recommendations to buy or sell any equity or investment vehicle.
  2. I understand that the Wild West Room is NOT for beginners or newer traders. 
  3. I understand the cost I am being charged per Wild West session (approximately two months per quarter coinciding with earnings season) is in addition to all True Trader membership fees previously paid (one time or recurring)
  4. I understand that after the grace period ends this fee is non-refundable regardless of any circumstances.
  5. I understand the grace period to be 3 business days after the Wild West Room session start date.
  6. I understand the Wild West room is intended to be a near real time trading journal (a personal trading diary) of TrueTrader professional traders in highly volatile and high-risk securities during earnings season, approximately two months per quarter.  There is no educational content planned for this room and there will not be any explanations of trade ideas, trades taken or price levels.
  7. I understand the Wild West room will not allow any member posts or communication to the authorized trader(s) or other True Trader members in any of the True Trader rooms regarding Wild West trades, doing so may result in immediate revocation of Wild West room membership as well as True Trader membership revocation with no refund.
  8. I understand the Wild West administrators will have complete discretion to ban room members without a refund of any kind.  This ban may also include a ban from the larger True Trader community, without a refund of any kind.
  9. I understand that I should not, under any circumstances, follow any of the trades discussed or planned in the Wild West room.  
  10. I understand these posts are simply the ideas and trade journal of true trader's authorized wild west trader(s).
  11. I understand the Wild West authorized trader(s) are highly skilled, extremely fast and have significant experience trading earnings opportunities across many different equity classifications (microcap, small cap, mid cap, large cap, etc.…) and have multiple trading accounts across various trading platforms and clearing brokers.  The Wild West moderators may or may not be involved in the trades they have shared in the Wild West room.
  12. I understand and expect that trades entered by the Wild West room authorized trader(s) are extremely risky and 100% loss of capital is possibly on each trade.  Theoretically, when the Wild West room moderators enter short positions, a loss larger than 100% of the initial capital invested is possible.

Once again, by signing this Wild West membership disclaimer, all members agree to adhere to the previous conditions and acknowledge reading and the complete comprehension of the terms outlined in the Wild West disclaimer.
