the act of placing a trade on an asset whose price has already “reversed” and begun a significant move in the direction of the desired target exit, or one for which the predominant trading side (whichever group is trading more total shares during the most recent time period(s): either buyers or sellers) is beginning to show signs of exhaustion/slowdown.
