(see also “standard lot size”) this refers to the full number of shares a given trader typically trades on a single A+ setup. For example, let’s say you have a 5K account and your risk tolerance is low. Your standard (aka full) lot size for an average-price stock might be 25 shares. So if a Pro is calling a setup in real time and he/she feels it’s an A++ for themself, they might share with the group that he’s “going in full size” which means he’s trading the full number of shares, as compared to scaling in.
