What it does
Runs on a deliberately stricter universe of large, liquid names, and checks every alert for confluence — whether other structural levels, including Godlines and Camarilla, sit at the same price — and tells you when they do.
The strategy it serves
Exhaustion. Fading strength is mostly a timing problem, so this radar is built to be quiet: a stricter universe and a confluence check mean fewer alerts, each with more behind it.

A scanner is not a signal service
It tells you where to look. What to do when you get there is the part that takes judgement — which is why the desk trades live every morning with the same tools open, talking through what they are taking and what they are passing on.
